Tooth whitening is not recommended for pregnant women, children under 14 years of age or any persons having known peroxides allergies. For in-office whitening, a high intensity light will be used. Individuals with photo sensitivity such as with certain medications or recent dermatological treatment such as lasers should inform the doctor before treatment.
