Ms Valerie See graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) with a Diploma in Oral Health Therapy. Valerie was attached to Health Promotion Board (HPB) as well as National University Centre for Oral Health (NUCOHS) during her training where she gained valuable experience treating young children and teenagers. She has since been practising in private health care clinics.
Valerie strives to ensure mutual trust between patients and herself to achieve better results. As an Oral Health Therapist, Valerie is a strong believer in prevention, spending time to educate and improve patient’s oral health by promoting good oral hygiene habits. Valerie strives to alleviate patient anxieties, ensuring patients feel the outmost comfort during their treatment.
Valerie has extensive experience in volunteering in overseas trips helping orphan kids with their oral hygiene as well as their oral hygiene habits. During her free time, she enjoys going for a swim and doing outdoor activities.
Valerie is registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC) as well as the Association for Oral Health Therapist (AOHT) where she is currently serving as the Honorary Secretary. Being in the council, Valerie hopes to contribute more to the profession and to constantly improve on her skills.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
