How does it Work?
Before your appointment, we can make the registration process smoother by verifying your insurance benefits beforehand. If you are eligible for Direct Billing (cashless) arrangements, we will bill your treatments directly to your dental insurance provider. If you need to do your own reimbursement, we will help you by providing itemized invoices and supportive documents. Please let us help you check before your appointment so that we are all prepared for your visit. Our friendly receptionists will help you with any questions you have in mind. This sets the stage for a hassle-free appointment without any surprises!
When you come in for your appointment, just present your NRIC/FIN Card and Dental Insurance card, fill in the registration form and insurance form and you’re all set to see our dentist.
After leaving the treatment room, if you are under direct claim, all you must do is book your next appointment and we will take care of the rest.
