Dr Dustin Lee

Dr Dustin Lee graduated from the University of California, San Francisco with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. As a student, he was honored with multiple grants and awards for excellence in research and clinical dentistry.

He was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, which is a dental honor society reserved for top students in the class. He received additional training by completing a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Hospitals working on medically and clinically complex US veterans.

Prior to practicing at Dental Designs, Dr Lee ran his own successful solo clinic in the Bay Area for many years. Life and family then brought him to Singapore, his wife’s home country, and he is excited to continue to deliver comprehensive dental care alongside his fellow colleagues.

He is registered with the Singapore Dental Council, California Dental Board, and is a member of the College of General Dental Practioners (CGDP).

“Dentistry Done Differently”

Dr Lee prides himself on developing lasting relationships and understanding your own individual goals. You can expect a dentist who is patient, thoughtful and attentive. As your general dentist, he will be your ally in your journey and deliver to you the compassionate care you deserve.

Always fascinated by learning, Dr Lee earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles prior to entering the dental field. He therefore takes a very analytical and problem-solving approach to your dental care. As such, you can frequently find him attending continuing education courses on all matters of dentistry so that you can expect recent and innovative dental care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and children. There’s a good chance you may find him at the aquarium or zoo on his days off. When the kids are asleep, running and discovering new Netflix shows are always on his to-do list.

Dr. Lee is fluent in English.

Approach
  • Compassion: Dr Lee wants to get to know the person behind the teeth, so he welcomes you to share your story and ask as many questions as needed so that you can feel comfortable moving forward with any plan. He will then guide you through the process and make sure you feel at ease throughout your experience.
  • Analytical: Every patient’s dental condition is unique. Through an analytical approach, he will be able to problem-solve and present a plan that you can be assured is up-to-date and thorough.
  • Partner: Dr Lee aims to be your partner in achieving your dental goals, no matter where you may be in your dental journey. This also translates to teaching self-care and prevention, as your wellness doesn’t just begin and end in the clinic.
