Dr Phillip Miller graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California in the United States.

Dr Phil is skilled in all aspects of general dentistry but is particularly interested in personalising treatment to help each patient maintain lifelong oral health. Dr Phil is experienced in cosmetic and restorative dentistry alike, to ensure his patients are able to chew and smile with confidence. Dr. Phil is always excited to welcome new patients to the clinic. He takes great care to provide clear, thorough explanations to help his patients feel at ease and make informed decisions about their dental treatment. Dr Phil believes patient comfort during dental treatment is non-negotiable. He has a calm demeanor and treats each patient as if they were a member of his own family. As a father of two, Dr Phil enjoys seeing patients of all ages.

Before beginning his dental career, Dr Phil received a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Physiology from Stanford University in the United States. He has published his original research in multiple peer-reviewed scientific journals. He is a firm believer in making treatment decisions based upon the strongest available scientific evidence.

Being formally trained in performing innovative research, Dr Phil has a natural interest in keeping up to date with the recent materials and techniques in dentistry, especially digital dentistry. He is a lifelong learner, and spends much of his free time taking continuing dental education courses in Singapore and abroad. This allows him to be able to provide high quality dental care.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Phil enjoys training at the gym, travelling around Asia and trying new restaurants. Dr Phil is registered with the Singapore Dental Council and is also licensed with the Dental Board of California in the USA. He is an active member of the Singapore Dental Association, American Dental Association and the California Dental Association.
