Direct Claim Dental Insurance Coverage For You
Dental Designs Clinic is an accredited provider for major international insurance companies. See all the companies we work with below, or feel free to contact us to check if you are covered! Basic dental insurance typically covers consultation, teeth cleaning, fillings, extractions and x-rays, depending on your policy.
Our direct claim insurance partners: AIA, IHP (IHP, Prudential, Tokio Marine, Great Eastern, AVIVA, AVIVA Singlife, Fullerton Healthcare, Howden), MHC (MHC, MHC Phi, MHC Copay, China TP), Adept Health (DA Care, DA Care GE) and Alliance (Cigna, GE, NTUC, Singlife, HSBC (AXA), AHC Medinet).
For some of our direct billing partners, a pre-approved letter must be produced before your dental treatment can begin. This letter could be in the form of a Letter of Guarantee, Verification of Benefits, Guarantee of Payment, or an Authorisation Letter, depending on your insurance provider. Your insurance company will be able to provide the specific requirements and forms they require for the claim. We're happy to guide you through the process as well.

We offer self-claim insurance options to ensure you receive the benefits you’re entitled to, even if your insurance isn’t part of our direct claim network. Self-claim dental insurance usually involves you submitting the claim through your insurance portal after your treatment has been done. We will be able to provide you with an itemised invoice to submit to your insurance provider as well as a dental memo if required.
If your insurance requires any claim forms or dental reports to be completed by the dentist, please bring them with you and our team will be happy to assist in filling them out. We’re committed to making sure you get the dental care you need with with a smooth claims process.

2 Ways of Claiming Insurance:
Direct Claim insurance: If you are eligible, this means that we will submit your claim to your insurance provider, directly through our system. Any treatment or dental surgery insurance covered will be fully claimed by us and you will not need to pay any cash for the covered treatment.
Self Claim insurance: Payment is collected after your appointment and we will provide an itemised invoice and supporting documents, for easy claim processing and reimbursement by your HR.
Present your dental insurance
When you come in for your appointment, just present your NRIC/FIN Card and Dental Insurance or Staff card at registration.
Check insurance coverage
We'll be able to check your dental insurance coverage details online. If doing self claims, please pass us your insurance forms so we can fill them up for you.
See the dentist
Your dentist will do your treatment, and are happy to let you know if there's anything that's not covered!
After the appointment
Our receptionist will let you know if there are any charges or co-pay. If you have direct bill, leave it to us to process the claims for you!

This dental clinic has very good staff who are well trained and friendly. The dentists are also very good and will explain the treatment in detail before starting treatment. The equipment is very high tech and I believe they are able to do high quality work as I did my crown here and it looks much better than my colleague who also recently did his at another place. The waiting room is also very comfortable. good job!

This clinic is one of the best I have ever seen. I saw dr Justin for my implant which I did many years ago, the tooth was loose, and other drs told me to remove it as they could not find out what brand it was but dr Justin was able to take 3d xrays and locate the brand and specially ordered the part in. he saved me from having to do a surgery to remove and put a new implant which would have cost me a bomb. the tooth looks even better than the original thanks to the experieced dental technician Katsuya from Japan.
Very happy and will keep coming back for my regular dental.

my workplace is close by and I had a problem with my tooth for a few days, so I made an appointment to come down. The receptionist who booked my appointment was very helpful and friendly to explain the way to the clinic from my office. I saw Dr Nicholas who was able to do a root canal treatment on the same visit so that I didn't need to come back. I felt safe and comfortable to do my dental treatment here as the dental picks are all wrapped up and sterilized and only opened before each treatment when im inside.
